All orders placed on AMOR STORE are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.


Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Partners

We use the following trusted courier services to deliver orders nationwide:

  • PAXI (Pep Stores)

  • The Courier Guy

Courier selection is based on delivery location, order size, and customer preference (where applicable).

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

📦 PAXI

  • Standard delivery: 5–7 business days

  • Orders are delivered to the selected PEP store for collection

 

🚛 The Courier Guy

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Door-to-door delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control.

 


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:

  • Courier selected

  • Delivery location

  • Order size and weight

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before checkout is completed.

 


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • A tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels using the provided details

 


Failed Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels

  • If a PAXI parcel is not collected within the courier’s holding period, it may be returned to us

  • Returned parcels due to incorrect address details or failure to collect may incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are correct at checkout.


AMOR STORE is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

 


Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the package and contents

We will assist with claims where applicable but are not responsible for courier mishandling once the parcel is in transit.


Public Holidays & Peak Periods

Delivery times may be extended during:

  • Public holidays

  • Sales events

  • Peak seasons
